The service

Gamemur offers free browser games, daily challenges, optional accounts and an unofficial information hub about Grand Theft Auto. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you registered with, because the sign-in code is sent there. Choose a public name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not contain personal data. We may change or remove names that break these rules.

Virtual coins and levels

Coins, experience, levels, achievements and cosmetic items are virtual. They have no value in money, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred and are not earned by viewing or clicking ads. There is no betting and there are no cash prizes.

Rankings and fair play

Official results are accepted only when the server verifies them. Trying to fake results, to automate play against the rankings or to attack the service can lead to exclusion from the rankings and to the removal of the account.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the operation of the site, try to access data that is not yours, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The code, the games, the boards, the texts and the design of Gamemur belong to its author. You may play and share links, but you may not copy the site or its texts to republish them. Trademarks of other companies are used only to identify the games and the news we talk about. See the credits for the open-licensed material we use.

Third-party information

The information about games and companies that are not ours, including the GTA hub, is provided for guidance, comes from the sources we cite and can change. Gamemur is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any other company.

Availability and liability

We provide the site as it is, without warranties. We may change, suspend or remove games or features and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses derived from using the site.
