You can reach us at contact@gamemur.com. It is the only contact channel we operate: we do not have a public phone number or a postal address for visitors.
What you can write to us about
Bugs: tell us the game, the device, the browser and what happened. A screenshot helps, but never send passwords or sign-in codes. Corrections: if you find a wrong fact on a game page or in the GTA hub, send us the page address and the source that shows the correct information. Suggestions: ideas for games or features are welcome, although we cannot promise to build them. Content removal: if you believe something on the site infringes your rights, send us the address of the page and explain why.
Privacy and your account
To ask about the data we keep, to correct it or to have it removed, write to us from the email address of your account so that we can check it is you. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, progress, results and coin balance. Details are in our privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not ask for your password or for your sign-in code by email. We do not publish cheats or exploits for online games, and we do not accept requests to publish leaked material.
